I work from an insight-oriented perspective. That means I offer support and practical feedback to help clients address the challenges in their lives, while also helping them understand the history and patterns underneath those challenges.

I integrate complementary methods and techniques so that therapy fits each person, rather than asking each person to fit one method. With compassion and understanding, I work with each client to build on their strengths and reach the personal growth they are committed to.
