With other plans, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits; see below.
Reduced fee
Reduced-fee services are available on a limited basis. Ask during your first call whether a spot is open.
Payment
Accepted: Cash, Check, HSA cards, Mastercard, Visa.

Checking your insurance coverage
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health plan or employee benefits. Call the member number on your card and ask:
- Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible, and how much of it have I met?
- What is my copay or coinsurance per therapy session?
- How many sessions per year are covered?
- Are telehealth sessions covered the same way as in-person sessions?
- Are couples or family sessions covered?
- Do I need approval from my primary care physician first?
- If the provider is out of network, how much will my plan reimburse?
Missed appointments
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Missed sessions or cancellations with less notice are billed $90, unless the cancellation is due to illness or an emergency. See the full cancellation policy.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, if you are not using insurance or are paying yourself, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of care. Ask for one before your first session. If you are billed more than $400 above your estimate, you may be able to dispute the bill. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
